“Fair Treatment?”

The FedEx Watch Dogs have received information that favoritism is alive and well around FedEx’s service centers in the Southern California Region.
It seems that our Combo drivers have a problem with getting fair treatment of runs across the board. Roger in Fontana and Dave at Whittier are known to be saving and hiding runs for drivers who they favor. In Fontana FLC have a couple of hostlers who spy on Combo drivers while in the yard and are reporting back to FLC on what they are up to.
Why is this being done by a company who insist that “we do not need a union here”? Is this what they call “fair treatment?”
Seems like FedEx thinks of these Combo Drivers as “bottom of the bucket” employees!
And we know this is wrong. Right X-man?

X-man when you apologize about combo drivers being the bottom list of the bucket, did you mean it? And fix it, and you make sure all the work was distribute equally!

I have seen the favortism at whittier FLC for a long time and it seems like whoever kicks it with Dave and buys him food or kisses up gets favored runs with more miles. The WHT combo guy was working in the office while other drivers were forced to work the dock just because that driver and Dave are best buddies. That driver is just kissing up to get favored runs and favored office positions. Dave likes to play that favortism game and gives drivers who don't kiss up a hard time. Typical harassment crap.

Hey fedex freight guys from southern cali. The fresno service center is in the works to organize. All we need is anouther center north of us like sac or east bay to make this happend. we will hopefully get rid of those kiss asses and be treated by managment with respect.

yeah that kiss ass combo from Whittier now has to work the dock because us other combos banded together and told Hinkly and James Meyer about it see what happens and we are the union us employees together the management bozos cant stop us. Go Union

Thats what unionism is all about Juan. The P & D drivers at Fontana band together and got the top of scale changed here to match Whittier and OC scale. Now the company won't say it was the pressure the drivers put on them. And you know it wasn't from the kindness of their hearts!
