Ya, but we still have all these supervisors and operation managers that do very little around here most of the time and they get paid to much for working so little. Fedex needs to trim the fat here and right now if we are really that slow and the bill count is so poor why do we need so many managers for so little freight. Fedex is not in financial trouble. They are just using that as a pretext to lay off people and keep others "on their toes."
