its sad that we work in a country where your freedom of speech could get you fired. what these company managers or supervisors are being allowed to do in order to keep the union and the employees who want the union out of this work place is really a slap in our faces. most people cannot afford to lose their job and benefits however working under conditions has also placed alot of stress on the working class here. so we are still doing alot of behind the scenes activity with the employees who want the union here and the fight continues underground because our FREEDOM OF SPEECH has been cancelled by the so called people in charge and fedex has allowed this stressful situation to continue because they know all about the working conditions here and they want to send a message to all employees, and the message is YOUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE UNITED STATES OF FEDEX.

if we vote the union in and "WE" don't like what Rudy and Joe said. How hard would it be to "Vote" the union out?
