Dictator in mira loma service center...

Dictatorship is well and alive in Mira Loma Service Center; bottom management is making their in-house rules against company policy and being granted by the dictator’s approval. As of today we the P & D drivers are told we must put seals on our pickup route trailer when dropping at yard. But we don’t have to put seals when dropping at docks. Now if you fail to comply or forget to put seal, written notice will be given to violators and lead up to termination. Now that fine if is a national rule and not just our yard, but what happens if you drop a trailer in yard and someone breaks your seal and you get written up for a violation that you have no fault that you comply too. How are you going to prove yourself saying you apply a seal? This will be the service centers word, not your word, you are an at will employee for the service center dictator.

But the bottom line to this, is another form of construction Termination method for the employee to get fired with no mercy from the dictator of Mira Loma.

If you ask Mark Link he will give you a different answer every day or depending on which way the wind is blowing.

He makes up his own rules and regulations. We all have followed the proper protocol of going to HR, to speak to Kathy... She was trying at first...BUT...something happened!

We then went to Bob Tillet. We went back to Mark to ask him...WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM. We began to directly let the dispatchers, Josh, Juan, Danny and the NEW GUY, know...we did not like being spoken to like little children or lied to about company policy, or cheated out of our lunches. We took the information to these guys and asked...them nicely...STOP TREATING US BAD.

Mark always stated he did not think there were any problems and that he had not heard of any complaints about his department. Even after he failed his snap shots...time and time again...but keeps his JOB. HOW?

So, all the drivers began to call the corporate hotline to complain. It seemed to work for about a month, as people began to see the difference in the department. UNTIL BOB TILLET, about seven months ago had one shift meeting with a starting group of drivers to tell about 15 of those drivers at 10 am that if the phone calls to the corporate whistle blowing hot line does not stop, he would seek to find out which drivers it was calling and write them up for insubordination. It was a clear threat and the drivers began to call one another to seek advice from one another. They were seeking to see if a law suite or a formal letter should be drafted about the threat from Bob Tillet, to us. As the whistle blowing hotline is put in place at FedEx to assist driver from the very type of destructive attitude that Bob Tillet took against all of us at our terminal on that morning in a form of a THREAT. That is why it is called an anonymous employee tip hotline. Now that threat from Bob will now likely cost FEDEX the company millions of dollars, as drivers or not willing to use the hotline to report theft, harassment, sexually or racially motivated violence. Since we were threaten by BOB TILLET AND MARK LINK and one of the ACM’s was there, with constructive termination for using the very line put in place to protect us.

All of this was done while Mark Link stood right behind Bob Tillet in the meeting, as the complaints on the line were more than likely all focused on his tyrannical approach to supervision. But, the sad part about this whole thing is that Mark was not liked and was being put in his place by our last SCM, who saw him for who he was and put a leash on him. Then this idiot Bob Tillet comes along and lets Mark Link off that DRIVER PROTECTIVE LEASH. This has allowed Mark Link to do what he is accustomed to doing in his PAST positions from his other employment. You can not teach an old dog new tricks…they just stay the same. Bob Tillet you are backing an old DOG and now you look just…no you are just at stupid as he is! The whole terminal can see this.


WE ALL KNOW…YOU CAN NOT HIDE BEHIND YOUR CELL PHONE AND LOOKING DOWN AT THE GROUND AS IF YOU ARE TALKING TO SOMEONE WHEN YOU LEAVE OR COME TO WORK…ON THAT LONG WALK TO THE TWO STORY BUILDING. SO STOP PRETENDING TO TALK ON IT AND SPEAK TO US…YOU EMPLOYEES. AND GET SOME OF OUR FREIGHT BACK FROM FONTANA YOU DOPE!

In fact just one month ago Bob Tillet had another one of the 8-10 am shift meetings with a few P and D drivers. He made a number of statements in that meeting that were directly placed here on this web site about him and his running of the MRL service center. That was when I laughed to myself and stated in my head, the truth hurts…but maybe it will Set Him Free! So…he reads this site!

Good for that idiot, it gives me faith IN OUR HUNDRETH WEIGHTS AND FREIGHT IN OUR TRAILERS. NOW GO GET OUR CUSTOMERS BACK FOR OUR TERMINAL AND STOP HIDING AND GIVING OUT ONLY BAD NEWS.

I hear that this is also happening to drivers and dock workers in irvine and bandini terminals. Mostly the employees that transferred from the freight terminals are the victims.

I want to thank you and everyone here on this blog, that the dictator has been told P & D doesn't have to seal trailers any more.
