Very nice to see Sal preaching the truth in this video. Fedex should be ashamed at the way they treat the employees. If a Union was voted in this kind of harassment would stop.
FedEx treats u like a dog. You are constantly slammed with negativity from your manager. You are written up for everything. When you manager asks you to do something against policy, at their convencience, you don't get written up. You are talked to and treated like trash. Very under paid for the work we do and putting up with management. Everyone works in fear. FedEx needs a union because it is like working in a sweatshop without protection. If you are injured on the job, it is always your fault and of course you are written up. I have seen many people hide their injuires that occured on the job. They know they will get written up so they work in pain. Some injuries are so bad that employees have ongoing problems and probably will have problems with their injury for the rest of their life. FedEx doesn't care that we work in dangerous circumstances. No representation, so the bad continues.

Agree. One of the worst companies to work for!
