This morning at SBO a line driver was working the dock and had not been dispatched to hit the road. So he called clc to ask if there were any runs yet for him to take. Clc's answer was that "they" clc had to take care of the "Purchase Transport" drivers first and then if there was any trailers to move than he could run!
This is just another example of why we need to organize our workplace here at FedEx freight. This company does not have your better interest at heart. And whatever answer the company will come up with, is just B.S.!

If we unionized we can make all that purchased transport into runs for us drivers. Let's go union! Vote yes! It's for a better and brighter future:)

I'm sorry but this dose get me very upset. Reading this and knowing it happens to one of us company drivers... Fedex drivers wake up!!! You need to start talking to your co-workers of us forming a union getting a writing contract!!!!! And start attending any union meeting /S!!!!! And get informed...I carry info with me 24/7 and when I see a Fedex freight co worker I try to educate him/ her of a contract...of a better work place for us!!!
Like I mentioned in last statement, the old Viking management sold you guys out, come on guys wake up, stop the denial, let go of the apathy.
This is all constructive termination to piss you off and make you quit, Snapshot is another another way to eliminate you with all the compliance rules for you to fail.
When you have a Collective Bargaining Agreement, it's harder for FedEx to fired you.
