Sir or madam, This is the site I've been hoping to find for a long time. I don't know the first place to start when it comes to organizing a union. Please point me in the right direction.
first of all you must educate yourself and your fellow employees. click on the NRLB on the top of this website and learn about your rights to organize. then contact the local Teamsters in your area. the biggest weapon your company is going to use is fear. they hate a well educated employees. good luck
for all my fellow SLG employees, be wise and unionize! don't get carried away with the false lies fedex tells us! We need a contract! why??? --better benefits & pay --respect and dignity --no more harassment or intimidation --better working condition --job security --and much more!!!!
