How can the SBO P&D OPs Mgr cost Fedex Freight, $1,000,000 as the result of a lawsuit and STILL remain employed...while the rest of us hourly employees are still treated "at will"??Oh, that's right...the ops mgr has a contract!!BE WISE! ORGANIZE!
